The hot steam helps to relieve everyday stress, tension and fatigue. The temperature in our Turkish steam bath is 45ºC.
Enjoy our wonderful infrared sauna. This sauna is between 65-75ºC. The infrared rays heat you from the inside and therefore have a better depth effect than a traditional sauna. The infrared rays work the same way as the sun: you get plenty of positive energy, relieve muscle & joint pains & improve your resistance.
